Delivery FAQ's

Where do you deliver to?

Thankfully, we use DPD for all of our deliveries so as long as you live in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, then we can quickly get snacks & drinks to you.

Unfortunately, due to BREXIT we are unable to ship to Europe at this moment in time.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm (Mon - Fri) within 48 hours for next working day delivery (to most areas of the UK).

A next working day option is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday for £5.99. This will ensure your order is prioritised for same day dispatch.

How will my order be shipped?

We use DPD for all of our deliveries as they’re thankfully becoming the UK’s most environmentally friendly way to ship parcels around the UK & they’re the only Carbon Neutral Courier…also to put the icing on the cake they have a really cool tracking system which provides a 1 hour delivery window.

If you would like to ensure that your DPD delivery is made in the most efficient manner possible, download and use the DPD app, it will allow you to choose a preferred neighbour who can accept deliveries on your behalf or your preferred safe place.

If you're not there? The driver will attempt to deliver your parcel to a Pickup Parcel Shop nearby, so that you can receive your order as soon as possible.

Search for your nearest Pickup Shop.

When you collect from a Pickup shop, make sure to bring your photo ID and proof of address (e.g., utility bill) with you; having your email on hand will also come in handy for completing the pickup process.

How long does it take for delivery to be made?

For orders placed before 1pm we aim to ship them within 24 hours for next working day delivery to the majority of the UK. Therefore, if you place your order on a Tuesday @ 10am; we would aim to ship your order by Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Although, during busy periods delivery maybe delayed slightly.

A next working day option is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday for £5.99. This will ensure your order is prioritised for same day dispatch.

If you live in the highlands & islands zone for DPD then delivery could take another 1 or 2 working days depending on the service which DPD can offer to your address. This means if you ordered on Tuesday @ 10am your snacks should be with you by the following Monday.

How much will shipping cost?

Happily, we offer free delivery on most UK orders over £20. For those of you who are just wanting a smaller order, delivery under £20 starts from £4.99. 

A next working day option is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday for £5.99. This will ensure your order is prioritised for same day dispatch. 

The above shipping costs are based on the standard DPD regions defined by postcode. However this does mean that the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man orders may incur additional shipping charges.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £6.99 per box (up to 30kg per box, excluding bulky items). The total delivery cost is calculated at checkout. 

Whilst delivery charges inside the regions stated above are higher, this is unfortunately out of our hands. If you feel our calculator charges place you in the wrong shipping zone then please do let us know and we will happily confirm the correct delivery price based on your postcode/delivery country.

Do I get a tracking number?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped which includes your DPD tracking number. Our friends at DPD will also send you a text & email on the morning of your delivery which includes tracking details and an estimated 1 hour delivery window.

Can I pick a delivery day and time for my order?

We can’t guarantee an exact delivery day, however, if you drop us an email with your order number and let us know that you need a specific delivery date, we will do our best to make sure it is there for you when you need it. DPD also don’t offer timed delivery services but they will give you a 1 hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery to let you know when they will be dropping of your Snackfully order.

I want to update my order with delivery instructions/a safe place

DPD have a super slick customer portal which will allow you to update your order with delivery instructions & select a safe place for your Snackfully order to be left if you can’t be in when they are due to arrive…..simply follow the link in the message they send you by email or text once they’ve received your order from us.

Can I change my delivery slot?

Yes you can 😊 Once DPD have received your order they will send you a message with when they expect to deliver. In this message they’ll also give you the option to amend your delivery date & update your order with a message for the delivery driver.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Due to the nature of our warehouse & how busy it is on a daily basis; you are unable to collect your order in person. But, don’t worry our couriers are very fast so it won’t be long until your box of goodies is arriving on your doorstep.

What is the minimum order value?

We don't have a minimum order 😊

How do I check my delivery or see my order history?

This can be easily done by logging into your account on www.snackfully.co.uk/account/login . Then scrolling down to your order history. Here you’ll be able to see your order status & find out your DPD tracking number.

Can I change a delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched then we will be able to change your delivery address, but, you’ll need to contact our customer service team as quickly as possible by emailing hello@snackfully.co.uk

However, if your order has been shipped then we won’t be able to make a change to your delivery address. Although DPD will send you a message advising when they will attempt to make delivery of your order & they will give you an option to get it delivered to a local collection point…meaning you can pick the order up at your leisure.

How do I make changes to my current order?

You can make changes to your order before the point of checkout - including adding promotional codes and vouchers. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders, add vouchers or discount codes to orders once checkout is completed.

What will happen if something I order goes out of stock before my Snackfully delivery?

We will do everything we can to avoid running out of stock at Snackfully, but in the very rare instances where this happens, we will swap the product ordered like-for-like with another item that we think you’ll love.

What if items are missing from my order?

While we work very hard to ensure every Snackfully delivery is picked perfectly, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. If an item is missing from your order, it is likely that we ran out of stock for that item, and have replaced it like-for-like with another product.

If a product is missing and hasn’t been replaced by a like-for-like item, please contact our customer service team on hello@snackfully.co.uk  and we’ll be more than happy to help.

What if I receive damaged items?

We take the quality of our packages very seriously at Snackfully, and if something isn’t perfect we want to hear about it.

Therefore please contact our customer service team hello@snackfully.co.uk and we’ll be more than happy to help. 

In the email please include:

  • a photo of the problematic product
  • batch details (from the pack itself)
  • a quick description of what is wrong
  • your order number

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please contact our customer service team right away at hello@snackfully.co.uk . If we have not yet picked or dispatched your order, we will do our best to process the cancellation and refund you the money in full.

Please note while we will always try our best, we cannot always guarantee a cancellation as our orders are picked packed and shipped very quickly.

My promotional code isn’t working? Help...

If your promotional code isn’t working and it’s still in date &/or you haven’t already taken advantage of the promo code, please contact our customer services team at hello@snackfully.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

I've forgotten my password

Don’t worry. Just click on the Forgot My Password link on the login page of the Snackfully site and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset it. Please check your junk and spam folders if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.

How do I change my password?

The easiest way to change your password is to logout and then click ‘Forgot my password’ and go through that process.

How do I update my details?

Your personal details can be amended quickly and easily on the My Account page. Just login following this link www.snackfully.co.uk/account/login

How do I remove myself from Snackfully mailing lists?

If you no longer want to be updated with Snackfully discounts and special offers, just click Unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails.

I'm having problems logging into my account, can you help?

What shelf life can I expect on the products?

We will always do our best to give you the longest shelf-life possible & for full price products will ensure that you receive a minimum of 30 days on day of dispatch (many of our products will be a lot longer than this).

Do you offer bulk discounts for larger orders?

We run lots of regular promotions on all of the products which we sell, so please check out our promo pages. However, we treat all customers the same and believe everybody should receive the best prices no matter how much they spend with us.
